Audi GTB2260VK drop in 60mm Ball Bearing VKLR CHRA

The ultimate upgrade for your existing 2260 setup. We can exclusively offer you a brand new plug n play CHRA for your GTB2260VK (Audi 769909 or 776469 etc) turbo, to upgrade from the lesser performing journal bearing system, to the state of the art, super fast response ceramic ball bearing VKLR / GTD style. This CHRA will not work with a normal VKLR (794877 or 802774 part numbers), it is used to upgrade an Audi 2260VK based 1.9 kit.
This will integrate fully with your original turbo. Your original Audi VNT mechanism and Audi VNT Shroud will detatch from your VK turbo, and bolt straight to this new CHRA. (OEM VKLR VNT components will not work on the Audi VK turbo or this one - you will need our original Mercedes fitment CHRA if you want to fit the VKLR 3 pinned VNT mechanism). The compressor end is machined bespoke so that it fits the Audi compressor housing not the Mercedes larger item. The VNT crank arm has been converted into vacuum from the VKLR electronic original. We install our 60mm billet compressor wheel in 6,7 or 11 blade variety and supply the CHRA high speed VSR balanced.
We can also supply with uprated 62, 65, 69 or even larger compressor wheels. Please contact us for something custom.
The oil and optional (but recommended) water pipes will need to be changed as the oil feed comes in from the bottom. We are developing a kit for this.
*** Please note - Currently we do not have stock of Audi wheel sized VKLR bearing fitment turbine wheels, they are in development and will be in stock soon. As a result of this we are supplying this CHRA with the Mercedes GTB22VKLR sized turbine wheel with FREE corresponding VNT nozzle shroud to suit. We can also supply the full GTB2060VKLR CHRA setup including VNT nozzle ring and shroud, to convert your existing GTB2260 kit into a GTB2060VKLR***
