Having manifolds for almost all legendary engines we had no other way but to hit the market with a manifold for one of the most iconic Volvo engines. The redblock is considered by many as a rival of the BMW m10 engine and after closer look we can`t disagree!
On the pictures you see well fitted GT35 and Holsett HX35 in a Volvo 240 Engine bay which is the smallest engine bay these engines are found.
Features: - Top mount design - T3 twin scroll flange for the turbo - standard two bolt 38mm wastegate outlet - clearance for big turbohargers like the Holsett hx35 and Garrett GT35 - smooth transitions and T flange entry - fits all redblock engines with SOHC design (aluminium cyl head) Note: All manifolds will come with a block plate, gasket and bolts for the wastegate outlet.
NOTE from the manufacturer: Please note that warranty claims for cracked manifolds will not be honoured unless proof of sufficient bracing and support to the manifold is provided. Failing to install a flexible coupling on your downpipe will also void any warranty claims. Having photos of the aforementioned measures before any failure is a good practice, mailing them to us is also welcome - this will ensure we will promptly proceed with handling any issues that may arise.
