An awesome upgrade turbo for your M57N2 BMW 330d/325d
758352-0015 genuine Garrett OEM turbocharger fully overhauled with all brand new Melett CHRA and internals, and new VNT mechanism and custom machined shroud. We install our own custom uprated large trim GT23 AMG sized lightweight turbine wheel which saves around 50g of rotating mass, and due to the increased size allows for better exhaust breathing and lower EMP and EGT, and more engine power.
We machine in a 65mm billet compressor wheel into the compressor housing and seal plate (6 blade or 11 blade options). The turbo is built using all new UK sourced Melett internal components, along with uprated total seal stagger gap turbine end piston ring seal, then high speed VSR balanced and actuator flow calibrated. All in a standard looking 100% plug n play package. We can offer more elaborate upgrades than this, see the shop or contact us for alternative spec turbos.
All the parts are available in the various sections of the shop, from bearings and seals, to wheels and CHRA.
As with all our hybrid turbos this is sold on exchange and will need a serviceable unit sending back to us, including the electronic actuator. The turbos are built to order so please allow 3-4 days for delivery. High quality remapping is a must to accompany this increased specification turbocharger, along with other suitable engine modifications.
