+190 bhp Hybrid Turbo for 105bhp VAG CR 1.6 2009-2015.

To replace the Garrett 775517 GTC1244MVZ and Borg Warner BV39-86 94 98 114 136. Replaces OEM number 03L253016 03L253016T 03L253016H 03L253056D 

We take a brand new (absolutely no second hand, used, reclaimed, worn out or damaged parts are used at all) Melett turbocharger, and upgrade to a choice of 2 specifications of increased performance. Stage 1 GTC1452 uses a larger turbine wheel for more flow with less restriction, better turbine efficiency with less back pressure and lower EGT. We also use our MFS billet 52mm compressor wheel along with all the associated machining to flow enough air for over 190 bhp with decent mapping, while retaining virtually stock spool up. Stage 2 comprises of even larger uprated turbine wheel and larger MFS billet compressor wheel than stage 1. This is still in testing and as soon as we have dyno proven results we will post them up. This stage 2 specification of build will certainly need uprated fuel flow capability to reach it's maximum potential. 

The turbos come complete with a free gasket / fitting kit and are shipped on a next day DPD courier service to the UK, or an Express DHL service to the rest of of the world.

There are 2 different turbos originally fitted to the 1.6 vehicles, it is important to order the correct one for your car. Please look at  this image to quickly and easily identify which turbo is fitted to your vehicle. We build them with the correct actuator for the vehicle all set up calibrated to plug n play. No need to swap actuators or do any adjustment. If your car has the Borg Warner turbo fitted as standard then you will need to change to the Garrett style bottom mounted oil feed/drain pipe. (Part number for that might be 03L145736B, or 03L145736M or 03L145736AH but that is yet to be confirmed).
