The M103 engine's mechanical 'buletproofness' is only hindered by the K-jetronic drawbacks and issues. Turns out that converting to EFI is not that hard (switching to solenoid injectors is pretty straightforward). After you've done that it's even more straightforward to turbocharge your youngtimer with our cast iron manifold.
Built for reliable daily use and capable of track performance! The manifold features a T3 flange for the turbo (most of the 300-700hp rated turbines come with T3 flange). Two bolt paтtern for the common known 38mm wastegate by Tial and many chinese replicas. Perfect for up to 20-25psi which puts out easy 500 hp out of every m103 3.0. The manifold is tested and not restrictive for up to 580 bhp!!! Clearance has been tested with all Garett gt28, gt30, some gt35, Holset hx30, some hx35, Borg Warner 200sx series. All of them with or without external wastegate! The manifold is made to fit all w124, w201, w140, r129, w202, w210 and the G class!!!
NOTE: Please note that warranty claims for cracked manifolds will not be honoured unless proof of sufficient bracing and support to the manifold is provided. Failing to install a flexible coupling on your downpipe will also void any warranty claims. Having photos of the forementioned measures before any failure is a good practice, mailing them to us is also welcome - this will ensure we will promptly proceed with handling any issues that may arise.
