Fully refreshed OM642VKLR unit with new all new Melett ceramic bearing CHRA, new Melett VNT mechanism and new nozzle shroud. Hella actuator serviced with new worm gear and gasket. Refreshed end housings, VSR balanced and VNT flow set with actuator programming in house. (As per the stock rebuild units)
Upgraded with our 62 x 49mm MFS 6+6 blade compressor wheel with all the associated machining, and our custom AMG23 sized turbine wheel with machining to the nozzle shroud.
We can also offer other compressor wheel sizes (65mm or 68mm) but have found this wheel combination to have excellent results without losing too much spool.
The price is an exchange sale so you need to send us your original VKLR unit. (Damaged bearings is OK but it needs to have the actuator fitted). If you do not have an exchange unit or want to keep yours we can arrange that, there will be a £150 (+ VAT if in UK) surcharge.
