The ultimate plug n play stealth big turbo upgrade! 

This product has been designed from scratch to make fitting a GTB20/22VKLR turbocharger to the transverse mounted 1.9 TDi (ARL, ASZ, ALH) almost as simple as an OEM replacement. Every detail has been meticulously planned to ensure as close to 100% OEM style fitment and an almost invisible install where required. You can purchase the manifold and build up your own turbo (we sell all the small parts from gaskets and o rings, through uprated lightweight wheels, to complete CHRA), or we sell complete turbos if you want a simple bolt off bolt on affair.

This manifold has been proudly designed, cast and machined here in the UK. The name says it all - Performance and Spool. It is made using the best quality material available for the best temperature resistance, and will fit perfectly in place of an OEM item. (For instance GT1749VA 720855 or GT1749VB 721021). The EGR port has been retained (not functioning), so the EGR cooler will bolt on if you require a standard looking install. We have pilot drilled the location should you want to utilise the EGR port for an EGT or EMP probe - it just needs drilling and tapping. The lower support bracket is utilised for holding the turbo to the cylinder block, giving far more support and longevity than any of the other 2260 kits available. The standard 3 bolt downpipe hole pattern is retained, allowing the use of a standard fitment exhaust. The ultimate in convenient simple installation.

The VKLR turbos have the oil supply on the bottom which means a little custom plumbing is required - we have kits for this in development. 

We also produce this manifold machined to accept the plain bearing 2260 turbos.
